20 months! That's insane. I'm so sorry to hear that. I imagine this is the case, but has she tried to contact them re her situation? I feel like an abnormal amount of people just sort of slip through the cracks of the system and are forgotten.
Gosh, you'd think in Socialist Saint Denis it would actually be a better situation. I guess not...
